In 2010, our Conglomerate established a new dry-process cement production line with a capacity of 2,500 tons per day, utilizing industrial waste. The facility is equipped with a 4.5 MW low-temperature waste heat power generation system, enabling our Conglomerate to produce 775,000 tons of clinker and 1.1 million tons of cement annually, with an electricity generation capacity of 25.9 million kWh and a supply capacity of 24 million kWh.
Our Conglomerate places a strong emphasis on environmental protection. The production line features 54 bag filters and SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) equipment for flue gas denitrification, ensuring compliance with nitrogen oxide emission standards. Additionally, dust suppression nets have been installed in the raw material yard, and the storage materials are fully enclosed to effectively minimize uncontrolled pollutant emissions. The green coverage and hardening ratio of our production area exceed 20%, enhancing the environment while reducing pollution, thus achieving clean production.
