NEWERDE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. was established in October 2024 and focuses on investment management and international trade. Our partners began their entrepreneurial journey in 1995, overcoming numerous challenges and gaining extensive experience. We have evolved into a diversified conglomerate operating across various sectors, including cement, metallurgy, power, real estate, commerce, finance, and environmental protection, with a global presence in over a dozen countries and regions, including East Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, South Africa, and Southern Europe. Currently, our enterprise Conglomerate consists of four main business segments: mining materials, urban environment, financial investment, and international trade. We are engaged in activities such as non-ferrous metal smelting, cement materials, real estate development, environmental engineering, commercial services, and financial services.

Newerde Conglomerate adheres to a strategic vision that guides innovative thinking and leads to new business models. To achieve this, the Conglomerate relies on a deep integration of physical and digital assets, enhancing the development framework of ten pillar industries across four key areas.
