In 2023, the total import volume of chromium ore into China reached 18.33 million tons. This included 14.92 million tons imported from South Africa, 1.10 million tons from Turkey, and 0.69 million tons from Zimbabwe, with the remaining 1.63 million tons sourced from other countries.

Our Conglomerate imported 758,000 tons of chromium ore in 2023, accounting for 4.13% of the total imports for that year.
