Our main business activities include leasing retail spaces, leasing office spaces, real estate sales, property services, and new business development.

The home furnishing center, established in 2002, spans approximately 28,000 square meters and focuses on mid to high-end home products. It offers a wide range of categories, including customized home solutions, branded furniture marketing, and a variety of home goods and decorations, providing a "one-stop" service in a large-scale home furnishing mall.

The shopping center began operations in 2008, covering over 30,000 square meters. It is surrounded by upscale residential communities, office buildings, and hotels, creating a vibrant commercial atmosphere with evening foot traffic reaching over ten thousand people.

The Business Tower, operational since 2011, offers a premium Grade A office environment with 18 floors and a total area of approximately 35,000 square meters. It includes 200 parking spaces and combines both business and office functionalities. The business hotel commenced operations in 2018, serving as a comprehensive venue for business, conferences, and accommodation. The hotel has a total construction area of 15,039 square meters, featuring 251 rooms of various styles and standards, along with medium and small multifunctional meeting rooms and a large outdoor parking lot.
