Recycled Resources

With the acceleration of urbanization, the demolition and construction of buildings have generated a large amount of construction and renovation waste. By recycling and reusing construction waste, we can transform these discarded materials into valuable resources, thereby reducing land use and pollution. In 2022, our Conglomerate began to engage in construction waste disposal, as well as the research, production, and sales of new building materials, and the remediation of contaminated soil.

The construction waste disposal project operates under a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, with the project Conglomerate responsible for financing, building, and operating the facilities. The project Conglomerate utilizes brick production lines equipped with brick-making machines, stackers, and packing machines, all featuring multiple intellectual property rights, along with fully automated specialized equipment imported from Germany for crushing, screening, and air separation of construction waste. This greatly enhances production efficiency while minimizing operational and maintenance costs.

The construction waste disposal line has an annual processing capacity of 300,000 tons, and the brick production line has an annual output capacity exceeding 400,000 square meters. We provide molds in various sizes and employ second-stage processing methods such as shot blasting and grinding to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
